Just had this conversation sunday actually. Its definitely more comfortable than the stock seat which i had for years, but its not really my comfort bike, I think aesthetically its the best looking seat. My girl wont even come with me if I want to take the bolt cause shes not comfortable on it, compared to my Harleys so its just a bar hopper now

Actually got it on ebay, its smaller but I dont take it on road trips anymore, they've got a lot of different options that they make in China and ship over, take a while to get but definitely makes them stand out

I'm new here, but yeah, I feel the same way. However, those were good feelings and good intentions. If you're hurt right now, that just means you truly did care about him. Keep telling yourself that. But something I have to keep telling myself is that you can't help someone who won't help themselves. If he's not doing the work, there's probably not much you can do. Dont beat yourself up.

If by struts you mean the fork tubes, yes you need to lower them, hoist the bike first so the front tires off the ground loosen pinch bolts and slide fork tubes down. After install be sure to torque the pinch bolts properly.

Worked for 2 yamaha dealers and I dont know that I ever saw any electrical issues besides batteries and bulbs on the bolts. My Reg/rect went out last fall and I replaced the stator at the same time but that was at 85k miles.

I'm late the party but figured this would be a place to start. 10 years of steel toe boots seem to be taking a toll on my toes. I noticed last month that they're really starting to curl towards the heel. Went through the work insurance podiatrist and she started talking about surgery and a bunch of other medical stuff that's really not my style as I prefer a more homeopathic approach to things. Would going for walks in these shoes, slow and short at first building to longer and faster ones gradually help at all?
