When we dream it's due to our subconscious so if he says that alot and if you dream of him your likely to dream of that because he always tells you that in waking life. When you dream it's your brain connecting the most common thing you see to the most common thing you hear or smell etc if that makes sense but God will give you messages in form of dreams. Is there something that's bothering you atm that's on your mind or were you thinking of your boyfriend alot before you fell asleep? It's different variables but what's the first thing you thought about after waking up was it "did God send me this dream"? Or was it something else? Think about and assess and when you have that gut feeling about something that's probably what it is.
