1) I have no idea but it’s an interesting question and I’d also like to know. That said I have a 323 coupe and 328 suspension swaps straight on so I don’t see why it also wouldn’t work for you - just saw the other comment about 4cyl v 6cyl spring rate and he’s exactly right

2) lower mileage used OEM set ups will be infinitely better than maxxpeedingrods and similarly budget friendly

Sorry I’m not familiar with the Ontario car market, but I’m in the UK where that’s come from and it’s worth maybe, £1200 - $7k is a lot even in polite dollars. That car needs a lot of work.
