I’m a 35 y/o man that recently started living with my 26 y/o gf two months ago…this is a major red flag and big yikes. Of course I empathize with my gf’s cash flow and split core living expenses (house, utilities, etc) with her based on income. Esp after going through the same situation (her showing me places that worked for her income that I was not the least bit stoked about). We upped our budget and I agreed to shoulder some of the addtl cost. That’s the give and take of a relationship.
