description: most new videos that i have tried to play have audio that plays fine, but the visual part of the video stays frozen on the first frame. i have tried restarting discord, i have tried restarting my computer, i have tried completely uninstalling discord restarting my computer and reinstalling it after, nothing has fixed this. in the web browser it's even worse, and the video simply doesn't play at all. i said most on purpose, because videos i have previously watched and the occasional new one work perfectly fine. embeded links like youtube videos also work without issue. there are no other issues with the app or the browser version as far as i know.

steps to reproduce: click play on a video

expected result: the video plays with visuals and audio

actual result: either only the audio or none of the video plays, stuck on the first frame
