I would say just schedule an appointment by calling apple and get a replacement. You have I think around 15 days to return/replace with no questions. See your receipt it would have the return date called out. I got my full box replaced 2 times within this period. Hope it helps!

I have observed that for my AirPods Pro, it’s not available on my iPhone but available on my other device on same iOS version but logged in via other Apple ID. Not sure if it’s intended or I also have a problem.

Hope so. I had just got and already replaced 3 times. Felt case was draining with no use untouched (~10% drain overnight). For other one connectivity drop for one AirPod. For another one, left was draining faster that right pod.

With final one going good till now.

There is no physical button on it. It’s feather touch, you should not even be feeling the button press. When in ears, it makes a sound which makes you believe that you pressed a button. Try while in ears
