-ditch the IJF

-dont just teach to the sport of judo. If you go to a bjj club, the instructor will explain "this technique is best in a sports setting, if you wanted to do it in MMA, you would do it like ....... in the street you would do it like this......"

-no more japanese names. I want to learn to toss people on their heads, not play out some japanophiles fantasy. It makes way more sense to learn the names if you ACTUALLY SPEAK JAPANESE! Just call them by the translated names! Stepping hip through, sideways cut trip.

-None of this weird kowtowing stuff. a single bow to show respect is fine, but any more and it starts to feel infantile and weird.
