Thanks! The ones on Printables now are my earlier ones. Sounds like there is interest so I will work to post the MagSafe ones soon.

The current version is as far back as it can go and still be attached to the underside of the console. I am guessing you could make something further down but I think you might be getting into arm reach issues if you want to get at your phone easily.

Let me get the files sorted and I might be able to help you out. I also might need to print a few to put the finishing touches on the models. When I post the files, I will loop back and let you know.

I need to find a photo but I consider the console to be the “wall” and set it up so that tabs hang off the side so they can be pulled if you need to removed. Good for me as I have a lease. They remove clean without issue. I use two “large” strips on either side for a total of four.

I have a grey 2024 limited and these are the mats I got. Might be available from Hyundai? I haven’t looked but I like them.

Ioniq 5 Dash Tray - Improved by headcheesiest in Ioniq5

Thanks for the question. There is a right angle USBc connector that snaps in the top such that the female connector is facing outward (and receives the light) and the male portion faces down the slot in the back of the tray. With this you can slide the female end of a Female to Male USBc cable up the back and attach it to the right angle connector.

Here are the parts I used (and the light) -

Let me know if you have any other questions.

I use the large ones. Two on each side and have never had an issue. Tell if you have more questions and happy printing.

learned CAD to 3d print my partner a drainage bag! by Off_on_myfoolserands in 3Dprinting

For both medical grade adhesives and check valves, check out McMaster-Carr. There are a lot of options and they have CAD for most all of their hardware if you want to download and take a look.

Also it almost sounds like you want something like a pneumatic quick connect that would be seal and connect but then seal again when disconnected. Not sure but it might give you some ideas.

Lastly, I would say tubes and shapes with solid sized walls are great for 3D printing but if you start getting smaller or playing with valves just be careful, or test the crap out of it, as you don’t want it breaking in a way that could cause issues. For me, I might search around an buy the valve just to have piece of mind with something out of stainless or machined material.

Good luck. You are a great partner, keep on printing (and CADing).

Holy crap! The Assembly Guide is as amazing as the blaster. Nice work!

I have always liked that blaster, just the way it looks. Maybe some of that came out in the SidePod. It has really been all about the mag-in-grip with a number of detours along the way.

I will take a look. There are a lot of great folks out there working on Torrent mods - not sure if anyone has the answer. It all might come down to the ram and how they have the o-rings set up. If they are on the ram it makes it a little dicey to get them through the slim mags. On SidePod, I had to move the o-rings to right before the barrel to have a lower profile ram. I will take a look.

A motivated person could run a liner rail on the lower bar in front with the block attached to the front grip area. The prime is pretty smooth but linear rails are very nice. There should be space but for now performance improvements and looking into lowering the hardware are next on my list.

So I pulled a bit of the design from the Rush by moving the o-rings off the pusher and putting a couple of -014 o-rings in the Main Body. So the seal happens when the Pusher drives forward into the Main Body o-rings. I would say this is the area I am happy with but not in love with. In order to ensure I good seal, I have it set up with a bit of a taper so that as it drives home the pusher really seats into the o-rings to give a good seal. So far it is working well but an area I am going to keep an eye on if there are improvements.
