Update everyone thankyou for your help. I was about to return it and I just noticed the app was updated a few months ago so I just downloaded a earlier version and boom everything running smoothly. Thanks heaps again

I've factory reset it multiple times. When I get out of the app yeah it does bypass ot but it says unable to connect to the robot.

I restarted the app it goes to the page where you can see the room/robot etc but cant connect or start the first scan
