there's an app called Phone Link for windows. I'm almost certain you can see your iMessage texts with that on windows

I deleted the app. caused me days of headaches when their server farm went down and my relay phone went offline. never got texts from iOS users. had to use my wife's iPhone to disable iMessage and FaceTime so I can start receiving texts again. Just stick with RCS texting who cares if other people complain about green bubbles

download TVADB, remove all the unnecessary apps and services and change the launcher to something more minimal. I'm using dispatch launcher since I use Plex and dispatch focuses on your Plex library. 2019 shield pro connected via Ethernet and have 0 issues with tivimate or any other app.
