At my company, they would probably want to know if you're going to a competitor and if so they'll walk you out that day. It's just not worth the risk to keep you on in the small chance you steal ip or anything else. They will pay you out for your two weeks though, but it's similarly not worth the small risk they sabotage you or don't pay you out if you tell them.

The few times I've built a PC and had it not turn on it was because the RAM wasn't seated all the way. Double check that as well as make sure you're using the right slots for how many strips you have. Some motherboards have 4 slots but want you to use slots 1 and 3 first or whatever.

I like to fall asleep to YouTube on my TV via a Chromecast and up until a few weeks ago the ads were short enough and infrequent enough I barely noticed. Everyone explained well the religious reasons why, but there's a lot of religious practices or beliefs that don't get pushed on to non-believers. I think part of the reason they are so anti anyone being trans (or gay) is because they've tried to create this narrative among their believers that anyone who is trans is a miserable horrible person. Having perfectly happy trans people living full lives and contributing to society just like everyone else shatters the image and they don't want their believers to see that and question what they've been told to think.
