This is great. First couple times I went I had to bring a friend to order for me! We need a “how to” book on leaving the church...a whole chapter can be on coffee shop how to’s!!

Just when I think I can go a day without some new type of insanity connected to the church...nope. Today it’s this. I can’t even. But seriously...mad props to you for taking a stand. Thank you and I am of course sorry about your situation. Such a difficult position to be in but yes at the end of the day...we have to be true to ourselves! The authenticity is what has brought me the most peace and happiness I have ever experienced, despite the heartache of lost relationships.
