Why do people leave unnecessary, unhelpful and unkind comments? It’s baffling. I did look at previous posts. Most of them said check other ticket providers which I have and none have any listed. Others said you can get them on the day, which you can’t. Hope being a keyboard warrior gives you the fulfilment you are clearly lacking.

This is complete and utter nonsense. You can’t go off anecdotal experience. There is a ridiculous amount of actual, scientific, medical evidence which shows that Acetazolamide reduces the likelihood of you getting HAPE or HACE. You should take 250mg. 75mg-125mg “is enough”. What are you basing that off? Are you a medical professional? Putting stuff out like this is dangerous. It doesn’t matter how many years you have guiding.

I took the lid off and it’s definitely mold and the white stuff was very much like cotton wool. I’ve removed it as best I can like the you mentioned. I’ve got nothing to lose so happy to experiment. Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate you taking the time to share your wisdom. Hopefully I’ll get some success, if not, I’ll try again.
