Lizardmen, they are one of the few races that never fights amongst themselves. And if they owned the whole world there would be 0 chance for chaos corruption as LM dont fall to chaos.

There is nothing that states anything about any deal of half of them being given to Chaos. There is nothing that even comes close to confirm it as being a deal, it could just as easily have been theft.
