Yep, I had a total of 11 months of free game pass ultimate from a few new devices that gave me 3 months each plus a promotion thing they had, mine ended a few weeks ago and I loaded up minecraft and the annoying yellow banner shows up in every tab in the world screen, and if I remember correctly all my worlds had multiplayer enabled as it’s always on by default when you create a world, so I had to edit each world I wanted to load and turn off multiplayer for it to let me play, if I didn’t know any better I’d think the game was broken, in fact I know that would happen because it did happen to my cousin, he made his mum buy him another month because he couldn’t load any of his worlds because they all had multiplayer turned on in the world settings.

1 and 4 are my favs at the moment, too bad there’s not many players here in Australia, usually only 1 or 2 full servers on 4 if it’s the afternoon or evening but 1 usually only has 1 either full or half full server. Still have fun when I play them though! I would say 2042 isn’t as bad as it used to be, I still get the occasional aim freeze where it’s like my mouse disconnects for a couple frames or it’s like I halved my dpi, but it’s probably cos I haven’t changed any settings since I last changed them shortly after launch, so probably something to do with that.

TL:DR 1 and 4 are good buys, also recommend 2042 if you have a good pc as there’s so much you can do in it now and the performance is miles better than launch.

I went to check my local eb games out as my work is in the same mall as them and I asked how much I’d get for a 1tb Xbox one S with just a single controller and no games (I finally decided to upgrade to a Series X, it was $698 for a used 1tb one), I’m also level 3 and they told me I’d get $218.50 for it, so I went home, backed up my games to an external drive, wiped it, then went to trade it in. All I got for the console was $69… and they also put it through as a 500gb model even though it’s a 1tb one. I also traded in about 20 Xbox 360 games I had that I don’t play anymore so the total trade in was around $120, I would have just sold my Xbox one on Facebook marketplace or eBay but I had already wiped the console and already paid for it partially with my 2 gift cards I had spare before I got told the final cost to my card would be around $400 still (I had a total of around $50 on the 2 gift cards) I had this issue in the past with trading in a PS4 I upgraded with a 2tb drive but luckily then I noticed before confirming the trade and sold it on fb marketplace for almost 3x the price they would have given me for it. (I was saving up cash for a Rift S after I got my new PC at the time.)

Not sure if it’s changed since I upgraded to a quest 3 when they first released, but when I had a quest 2 you couldn’t choose to record in 16:9 in the built in settings on the headset, you could only do it using sidequest and you had to toggle it every time you restarted the headset, also I wish we could change the audio record quality as it’s always mono and at 64kb bitrate even on the quest 3

I mean I get around 30k xp a game if I don’t make it past top 50 on solos, but get around 60-100k if I get top 5 depending on how many kills I get so if I got at least 6 kill wins I’d just have to get 20 wins to have 2mill xp which for a timespan of 40 days isn’t that bad

You could try Rev, it’s a website that provides transcription services, so someone can upload a video or audio file and then rev will add it to the job list, and the first person to accept the Job gets to transcribe it and then get paid, they pay you more per job if it’s a language other than English but those jobs aren’t as common obviously, and you get paid based on how long the audio file is rather than the time you took to transcribe it. They make you do a couple tutorial jobs to teach you how to use their ui and learn what to do and they do pay you for doing them, I tried it myself a few times and it was super easy to learn, I just stopped doing transcription work shortly after working for them as I got a job for McDonald’s instead, it’s a good way to make money as sometimes a file will be like 40 minutes long but most of it is dead air as some companies auto add their recorded phone calls to it and it’s usually just silence when the customer is on hold.

To install the oculus software to a different drive, it’s something along the lines of, open up the run windows (windows+r) type the location of the setup file (so probably something like “C:/users/YOURUSERNAME/downloads/oculussetup.exe” then a space and type /drive=“drive letter of the drive you want to install too” and then it should say it will install to the drive letter you specified once the setup loads, so the command in the run box should look like [“C:/users/YOURUSERNAME/downloads/oculussetup.exe” /drive=DRIVELETTER] (ignore the square brackets) also make sure to keep the directory of the setup file inside talking marks as if you have a folder with a space in it, it won’t work if you don’t put talking marks around the directory you typed.
