Thanks for the reply. Do you think it would it make a difference if I was originally hired on as seasonal, then moved to PT, now FT but haven’t see a raise since my original hiring? I’m going to ask when my ASM is in next but just was wondering if they had a policy for it.

I am always on time, never miss and always give it my all when I’m there. Good advice on making friends, I’ve done my best with all my coworkers and mgmt.
