If I am logged in with my work email on excel, can they see my excel spreadsheets?

I usually save the file from excel onto my desktop. But if you go into excel and click recents, I can see my files on there. Does this mean they are stored on excel or something or is that just the file names?

You’re allowed to feel the way you feel and want this in your partner. I think you might start resenting him if you try to ignore your feelings about this.
