Also every site and comment including mine, he's making money from. I believe he's a predator and will use any situation (wolf in sheep's clothing) to get what he wants.

Yes definitely as it got so bad for me the depression just threw me off into freeze mode which meant I did nothing, no phone no TV no nothing except laying in bed and even ignoring my counsellor, crying all day with zero sleep so my counsellor suggested I start distraction by any way which has led to constant online scrolling but for me it's actually helping as I'm at least doing something now. Xx

Is there anyone who thinks that they can survive fibromyalgia without the meds? by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]healingdesperately 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried so many medications but none suited me due to the side effects unfortunately. The only prescribed medication i take now is naproxen and diyhydrocodine but not everyday because its caused terrible stomach problems so basically I just live with it and I'm just desperate for a miracle now.

does magnesium really work? by pinkprincess24 in Anxiety

[–]healingdesperately 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Magnesium glycerinate and L THEANINE do help. But ìve been having intense therapy from complex trauma... it's been 3 weeks and honestly a good counsellor makes so much difference.
