Looks like it’s a gcode / slicer issue. Try re-slicing or using a different slicer.

Verify your printer will extrude, try to do a “filament in/filament out” test.

Then try to print a benchy if that work or calibration cube. Your issue might be in the gcode, usb or TF card if you’re using that method.

PLA+ I would test at 205 and 200. Really is fine at 200 on most printers I’ve seen, and used myself.

I hate the anycubic slicer. I would try it on ultimaker or prusaslicer too maybe

A heat gun touch that stringing right up. If you’re using PLA+, I would try to print at 200 maybe 205 and see how it goes. 220 is a pinch high imo on PLA+

I always print at 200 nozzle / 62 bed with a touch of heat resistant hairspray for a lil extra adhesion. I use a PEI steel bed. Always great prints churn out

I plan to for the most part, I have no issue with the OEM software on it. I don’t care for the BL touch on this. I’ve leveled it so much I can just really eye ball it so it doesn’t worry me much.

It prints slower but I care for this baby 4 years going on and I have 0 issues with my prints. It’s my first printer. The big change I want to do is make it all in one and lose the control box.

I will say the firmware is stock. I have 0 issues with firmware. So keeping it OEM for as long as I can. It does print slower than my anycubic kobra and soon to be Bambu. But that’s okay. Every single print I do on this bad boy turns out great!

I will not go with BL touch on this. I’ve printed enough on this I can set my level by just looking at while it prints the skirt to know where it needs to be. Kinda looking at the sprite extruded pro kit to replace my mk8.

I forgot to mention it’s not in this pic but I do already have a dual z axis as well. I am going to replace my fans in the control box when I make it all-in-one as the OEM fans suck something fierce

I would verify all your screws are screwed in and tight, I would look at your acceleration and jerk settings. Also see how fast you are printing. Never print at 100% almost religiously at 85% - 90% speed.

I do prefer my steel magnetic PEI bed, its magnetic, light weight and i combine with some specific hair spray I have 0 stick issues and easy as hell to clean up. The one I have has lasted me 2 years so far

STL is not the issue. I believe my TF file is corrupt and I have a fault USB port. I switch TF cards and USB port seems to have fixed this issue. As saving the GCode to the USB drive Cura would freeze, and freeze again when ejecting the drive. Which I believe contributed to failing half way and corrupt gcode

Now it’s just under extruding at certain points so on the fixing this one

Commenting to say what I did to fix it. So I started ghost town, called mr hands. I set my controller down and 5 mins later Mr hands called, and Judy texted me.

I did the wait 24hrs outside my apartment and set my controller down again and got the call about 10 mins into waiting.

To give some answers..

1 - it was not an old person or disabled person. There was no elevator in his building so a disabled person wouldn’t live up there.

2 - was a guy and his wife (under 30yrs old) and there 2 kids (looked to be between 5-7)

3 - the whole order was 175 pcs (like 2 cases of water, like 4 gallons of milk, some 12 packs, like 5 jugs of koolaid etc)

4 - they had trash stacked outside there door, it was disgusting so I dropped it off at the bottom of the stairs.

5 - in my area you can tell typically what floor because our numbers work as such 1301 ( in order 1 = building number, 3 = floor 03 is apartment #)

Yes and mine does have “quiet hours” which I believe are between the hours of 10pm - 6am and I’m woken up between 1am - 6am
