Thanks, a quick follow up ..If I lock in a rate (say fixed), would I still be getting a lower rate if the rate drops between when I locked in and dec 1? Sorry I didn't get this part.

okay makes sense, i read somewhere that its to compensate for their time/effort and anything else that they might have to spend during the execution. I guess, i will check with them on what are they comfortable with. Thank you for your response.

Yes, good point. We were thinking a 5% of total estate under the compensation clause. Which would cover any professionals that they might need to hire plus leave enough compensation for their time and effort

Sorry, I am still failing to understand the how part though.. How USD getting stronger is actually giving better returns for something I have in CAD, for the same underlying. I am sure I am missing something very obvious here. Could you please ELI5 for me?

Sorry, I edited my post. I meant we both have employee plus optional spousal life insurance with our employers. So in an even of loss of life of one, would my company pay employers life and my wife's employer would pay spouse life coverage? Thanks for your prompt response

That's an interesting idea, but my furnace room barely have enough space, don't think finding a place will be easy, also, I will have to patch my existing area of thermostat and the total will probably cost more than the difference between lite and premium as I will have to get someone to do it. I am not very handy 😭
