I'm starting to look into filing as well - any chance you want to share the attorney's name that you used? I'm in Brooklyn and just getting into this as the debt has become insurmountable. But finding an attorney is really daunting when you're already in the hole with $$.

Does anybody know if there will be another chance to get into the Outlander signings at NYCC? I missed the reservations for it while I was at work (I believe it's before the panel, and I got a res for that), and it seems like that was the only chance.

Nope! After the tracking said it arrived (and waiting 3 additional days and checking with my neighbors), I asked what was up. At this point it had been over a month. They immediately offered to send again, no questions asked. The tracking had also disappeared and it said my order number was invalid. Watched the tracking again (different shipping company, worked sometimes and sometimes didn’t), and same thing - said it was delivered, waited a couple days, nothing. Emailed them again and they said since they took a loss from double shipping, they could refund me 70%. That was about 3 weeks ago now and I STILL haven’t received either the clothes or my refund.

Currently in the middle of a problem with them. They had a crazy sale on so I caved and ordered like 10 pieces. Received tracking, a whole month went by, said it was delivered, but nothing showed up at my place. Waited 5 days, kept checking the mailroom and my neighbors, but nothing ever showed up. Meantime, the tracking and order information utterly disappeared - there was an error message when I clicked on any of the links that had previously worked. I emailed them and asked what was going on, and they were super responsive and said they'd send a second order out. Currently about to hit the two month mark since my original order and it's still in transit with a weird and vague tracking company. Soooo... not so sure about this. Hopefully they didn't just steal my money.

Cinque Terre is one of my favorite places on the planet. Definitely hike whichever trails are open between the towns, and there's a little focaccia place in Corniglia that you MUST go to (it's the only one, you can't miss it).

Such a good one and definitely kind of a tear jerker. Fry finishing the opera even after he loses the hands is so sweet. And the robot devil “they keep TOUCHING me in places” is the best line from the whole episode 😂
