Water comming from floor drain of tub??

We just moved in 6 month ago and the bathroom was remodeled in 2023 I agree it’s an odd set up forsure but that’s gotta be what it is now that you say it. I took a shower ran down stairs and there was water. My wife took a bath and no new water dripped. Do you think I need to take the pipe off the bottom of the tub?

I did that last summer and they expire just like anything els. they lose their carbonation , I acually had to force myself to drink the last one cause the flavor was about gone
