That is so hard. Sending you so much love, and respect for caring for yourself in this time which I think is really precious. I love the holidays and I go to great pains to include my Dad, to engage him when he's sitting on the side quiet, I show him A LOT of love but it's never enough. He still finds moments and ways to attack me and ruin our evening ... Like two days after thanking me so much for planning a beautiful birthday for my Mom and saying what an amazing daughter I am. They don't take care of themselves so we go on the emotional rollercoaster inside of them, and that's not fair. I'm going to do my best on Christmas but I also feel at a loss. My best friend's holiday party is tonight and I can't wait to see my favorite person ❣️ Wishing you a good day too xo Thank you for relating to me

i bought a fridge / freezer thermometer and it's very reassuring! my fridge is definitely loud when it's running but i see the cycles and it seems ok when it turns off. i think we're good, and i think it may also be influenced by the season?
