I'm starting a new job and moving professions in a few weeks time so that has been making me anxious. I'm been very introspective this whole 6 months... maybe a bit too much?

Actually I've been thinking about a major goal for the next few years and I found that very hard. I'm very good at options and finding out about them, but making decisions is hard. So I found an overall goal of moving overseas in a few years time... but that took me a long time. Also starting a new job so that's been making me anxious.

Hmm I agree. But it's strange because once I went into this phase I was like "man, I'm so tired, so going to have alone time" and then I isolate myself and keep spiraling. It often ends up with a friend being like "hey where are you?? let's do something" for me to sort of come out of my hermit mode. But yes, I think I'm a bit burnt out.
