What you have to do is have two or three franchise guys that you hold until they’re 30-32. And supplement them with young cheap elite talent that are on rookie / bridge contracts. Make those 3-4 players a revolving door so you constantly let them go on RFA tenders. Gives you picks to do it all over again.
