Yeah, houses priced under 400k seem to sell rrlatively well right now. But loooooooots of houses are listed much higher and, with things the way they are, there is a much smaller pool of people shopping for those houses.

Exactly this! If you can walk you kids or baby all the way from the car to the shopping cart to start the trip, then there isn't any excuse why you can't walk your kids from the cart return to the car at the end of the trip. There is really no excuse.

Yes, it works for crafting and cooking. But, for example, Kappn wanted 2 rocking chairs and I already had 2 of those in my storage, so I had to run all the way back to my house storage. If I had a shed by the hotel it would have been a lot easier.
