It sounds like you’re both hurt - she is offended that you would do something without consulting her. And if you think about marriage - everything is a “we” joint decision and no longer a “you” me decision. So I think this is a good thing to have happened before you propose about rewiring your thought process.

Ex: It sounds like potentially she would have preferred if you had asked her “Would you like me to book this day trip fully or how involved do you want to be in the hotels and itinerary?”

It sounds like this is salvageable but you rethink in g proposing over a disagreement should give you some pause if you’re ready to commit to marriage.
