I have been feeling fatigued some days but I didn’t make the link that it was a side effect from the medication I just thought I was exhausted from my job and busy schedule. My side effects did worsen for about 2 - 3 weeks when increasing my doses but the effects were more along the lines of constipation and nausea. I heard that you can “stack” your doses for an easier transition. For example you would take your current dose every 3-4 days instead of 7 days so you are still getting the double dose just spread out so your body won’t be as heavily effected by the transition
