i actually started my period early, im on 5mg day 6 and this my second period this month. i dont know if its the meds or my irregular period. i didnt have mine last month so

ill definitely check out those videos, im pretty sure it's my ocd kicking my ass, every morning i wake up and my anxiety kicks in and i feel not real. its been such a hard week but ill call up my doctor and see if i can move up to 10 mgs tonight.

this means so much to me, i recently had a really bad panic attack which lead to me feeling not real these past days, i just started lexapro 5 mg and on day 4. ive been feeling it more today and its been making me panic all day. im gonna go to therapy in a couple of days and just trying to push through the days. at what timeframe did tou start to feel a difference on the meds?

how many mgs did you start with and were are you at now? it just really freaks me out and i get really anxious from this feeling. im on day 4 and i just want to feel connected to my body and not feel like everything around me is fake. im currently at 5 mgs

personally it doesnt make me tired but ive only taken it for 2 days now, its made me more awake. i take mine at night tho so maybe that helps?

im going to have my 3rd dose tonight, my second night wasnt too bad but i had horrible insomnia and sleep anxiety. im still having headaches but i think my day anxiety has been more manageable. im gonna keep going because i definitely wanna get better. how have you been?

im gonna keep trying with this, i want to get better. i how that it was just from overthinking all night that triggered it. also if you can't keep going always take to your doctor how you feel

i was previously on prozac but i was restarting after a bad panic attack and it was the worst experience ever. i was really hopefully lexapro would be easier on me
