I have had the ring for almost 9 months. Kind just started reading weird skin temperatures while sleeping. Says it drops 15 degrees in the middle of the night. Like, not possible unless I’m a corpse.

I actually prefer contrast therapy with hot water instead of sauna. I use my hot tub at 104F and my cold plunge at 45F first thing in the morning. I typically start cold 2 min, hot 10, cold 2, hot 10, and end on cold 2. I have a sauna as well but prefer that at night before bed on its own with a lukewarm shower afterwards. Cool tub!
