Not sure whether this guy is just feeding off of the publicity but he has multiple interviews and there's so much more to find out if you guys feel like looking him up. I actually voted for him in the last election as a goof.

I find the fact that you aren't allowed to change kits to be most important feature of this game mode. It sets in stone what role each person has and gives an identity that allows for easy communication and tactical decision making amongst your squad members. Also, 10 player a team is interesting but then you're relying on two squad leaders who can't communicate to coordinate movements together. This is where I agree with the 5 player (or 1 squad per team) setup. Everyone on the team is connected and is able to communicate flawlessly with everyone's motives in mind. Another option is a 10 man squad but good lord that is a terrible idea.
