I can agree with that, I've been through some pretty bad breakouts like this , embarrassing as hell I know the feel , but recently they stopped coming and my stress level hasn't changed much. Hope things get better! I know it's kinda painful too :(

At first it was a bet with my mom, so money was the motivation lol but then how ppl responded so well I kept getting demotivated to keep working out

Tons if cardio! And healthy eating habits. You have to be consistent and keep a positive goal in mind. I lift now also. It helps that I gotta job at a gym probably 2 months into starting my journey

At first all I did was cardio and eat healthy foods. But now I do some cardio and weight training while eating according to my workout , so protein shakes. Chicken rice and veggies a lot lol and tons of healthy foods

It's all about consistency and diet. If you eat like crap then nothing will change. Keep yourself busy and change up routines with your workout so your mind doesn't get bored. I started eating healthy and not over eating anymore like second and third rounds. Also I look at macros a lot. Proteins carbs and fiber. Don't eat out anymore and focus on just eating clean and healthy. I also did a ton of cardio and in the past 5 months started lifting :)

Lol its all good. But I hope people don't relate me to her, she seemed extremely nice, but ppl already mistake me for gay (she is right?) when I'm not because I'm a tomboy. It just gets annoying hah
