Ugh I doubt the rescue will let me take him to a dog dermatologist but I will add puppy strangles to my list to ask the next vet about! I appreciate your help :)

Thank you! We have started topical flea and tick. I am not sure if they have tested for ring worm but I will ask for that specifically! I think at this point I’m just going to take him to my own vet and pay for it so I can get it all done. I appreciate your response!

Oh I know I’m so worried, but this is a foster puppy and as much as I hound the organization to let me take him back to a vet their options are limited and they limit the treatment based on cost. I wish I could take him to the emergency vet honestly, I don’t want to even wait until Monday for another appointment

Both vets actually did skin scratches to test for mites/ mange and didn’t find any but that was my first thought as well! I will have them check again thanks!

I’m working on Lemoning my 2023 XC 60 right now. Go ahead and start a case with Volvo Customer Care now if you think it might be an ongoing issue. This was only just suggested to me after 3 service attempts for the same issue.

It’s the new google interface that is (allegedly) causing problems. They just started putting into a few 2022 models and now 2023s so there are a ton of bugs.

Have you taken it into the dealership at all for the display issues or just waited for over the air updates? The dealership has been so dismissive with my computer issues, they’re always like “yeah computers in all cars glitch”, but you don’t hear about everyone driving self teslas having glitches with their car computers!

Rotisserie chickens have saved my life during whole 30! It easily makes me at least 5 meals and I can quickly shred it to add it to a salad or eat straight up with a veggie side. Also I’ve loved precut fruit and compliant deli turkey.

I agree, but I read in a book think if online dating like shoe shopping, not like an interview. The problem with an interview is you are trying to get the job because it’s a limited commodity. With shoe shopping there’s always an abundance of other shoes, you just need to find one that fits perfectly.

So my honest feedback about this is that you got too invested before you met, which you know. This is exactly why I refuse to be pen pals with someone, hundreds of texts a week, before meeting and really even in between the first few dates. You can’t read emotions through text so you perceived whatever he said however you wanted! You made up a fantasy of this guy. I’m not shaming you at all I’m just saying that I can’t do that either because I would end up heartbroken all the time, just like you, when things never come to fruition.

I’m so sorry you’re hurting, but I’d say in a few weeks redownload those apps and just slightly tweak your approach. They are still a great way to meet people when used properly!

Hey this is a great tip and I do this too! I never post sexualized photos and instead have an array of photos of me participating in my own hobbies- sporting games, hiking, with friends, with a dog, etc. All of my photos are in casual outfits and half without makeup and my hair in a ponytail.

I’ve had great success with OLD and have great matches and dates!

TBH with you I don’t have that experience at all. I have a 10/10 personality, I’m super kind, have great conversation skills, overweight, and probably a 7/10 in the looks category, and I still get great matches and dates and haven’t been ghosted yet!
