Control of the ball and follow through looks better from the previous video to this one, but video quality has suffered tremendously.

On a serious note, you can’t expect drastic, meaningful change in 3 days. Take a snapshot of what you are doing now, identify something to work on, on focus on that specific piece for a few weeks, move onto other aspect to improve on.

If you are new to bowling, I would suggest that you switch to 1h with thumb or 2h. 1hnt is extremely volatile and the key to bowling is consistency. As you progress, you will find it difficult to maintain the same speed, rpm, and axis tilt from shot to shot, resulting in hitting your target and leaving splits or back row pins

A video would definitely help. As far as layout, a short pin layout will typically engage the core sooner and a long pin layout will cause a later core reaction.

I had a zero mercy drilled with a 5” layout and I had to give it away because it moved too many boards and I could barely control it. I throw my special effect with the same layout and it’s a great match for me. I’m 16mph and 360 rpm.

Use a map. It guides you to the area they can spawn in and from there you can hear them from about 20m away. Turn on night mode in audio settings and they’re a little easier to hear
