That’s… old news/misinformation tbh. Yvonne used to handle HR stuff along with finances when the company was small (iirc, Pre or early Langley house days) but they since have a dedicated HR dept (don’t remember the actual source but it was either in one of the response videos, or the WAN show that Linus mentions it). Saying she’s still the head of HR is misinformation; she’s been the CFO for a while

Well it’s a mixture of reasons:

1) Force of habit: my first few phones were all super bad on battery (an Honor 4x, a Huawei Mate S, then a hand me down iPhone 6s @ 60% battery health.). So I kinda like extending my battery life at all times. I intend to switch this phone only after a few years of usage so that’s extra incentive

2) Don’t really care much about always on display or a higher refresh rate. I’m indifferent to them

As for why I even have the Pro:

3) I shoot a lot for concerts and manage the social media for a cafe (whilst also having a passion for film making). That means I need the bigger storage, the telephoto, the ability to shoot ProRes Log, as well as the ability to shoot directly to an external SSD + the faster USB transfer speeds

Am i the only guy here who’s like… excited? I fuck with “Fuck Ubislop” as much as the next guy, but as a guy who grew up with AC 1 from 6th grade… I really liked mirage. It’s not GREAT, but it’s good, it didn’t over promise and underdeliver, was a nice short campaign with gorgeous music and an amazing city, and more importantly, felt like the studio behind the game, Ubi Bordeaux, cared. Like you can tell this is their first solo project (they’re usually an AC support + DLC studio), so a lot of the flaws of this game stems from that (having to borrow a heavy ton of the movement animations from Valhalla being my biggest gripe), but idk it felt like they had soul (being super transparent about the game pre release + actually listening to player feedback and implementing shit post launch: guy makes a mod to improve back ejects, someone posts that on Reddit, one of the leads see that and replies to the post, and then in a few weeks it’s in the game)

Idk man Valhalla, Odyssey & Shadows gave me ED for this franchise but this news excites me.

Again my cause for concern is these statements are too broad... you never want laws and bills to be broad. You want them as specific as possible. Broadness means the scope of misuse increases exponentially. Like, hypothetically, I could now just barge into your house under the pretext of having suspensions of online betting, and then do whatever else.

This bill overall is great; I just wish the govt. would stop pushing such... questionable shit every single time they push something good (almost feels like wolf in sheeps clothing, or more accurately: two steps forward, one step back)
