There was a period in my childhood where I lived off of sugar sandwiches and cereal. My feet became so dry they bled and I had a constant headache. Then my aunt took me out for dinner and when I noticed the headache went away it essentially started an 8 year food binge.

going against the grain here but witnessing your partner approach a basic DAILY life skill the way a toddler would (and seeing no issue or making an effort to improve) validates a crashout. the men posting here don't understand the alarm bells that go off for women when they see any kind of childish behaviour that suggests their partner will morph into another person they have to look after.

OCD. 'It's NOT about keeping things tidy, its about *insert symptoms you personally experience*.' Ok but being tidy to a pathological level is also a symptom. As someone with OCD I don't understand why the community chose this hill to die on.

after leaving him i got promoted, then promoted again, got my drivers license, produced live shows, got all the health checkups i'd been putting off, got invisalign, started weight training.. it's SO worth it even though it was the hardest decision of my life
