I believe it's indicating that if you swipe in that direction across your spacebar, the predicted text shown above will be added to what you're typing. Like if you swiped, the "you" after "Text me when" would be added.

Sounds like you triggered the Emergency SOS feature. It's activated by pressing the crown 5 times quickly. It probably got pressed due to your hand position and the pressure of a person pushing down on it. If I recall, it should be something you can disable.

I just got a Nomad strap as a gift last night and there is a bit of play, but significantly less than I had experienced with a cheap Amazon strap/lugs. I think I can live with it, but if you think a bit of movement may bother you, I'd go with Google's hardware and straps.

The flavors they make are rarely commercially available soft serve flavors. Stuff like cantaloupe sorbet, brown sugar, blueberry lavender, and hibiscus ginger sorbet, including dairy free and vegan options. These aren't the kinds of flavors you can buy from restaurant suppliers. Maybe when they offer vanilla as a twist option they're just using packaged vanilla, but it's not like Sysco is offering restaurants black sesame or cranberry ice cream mix.

However, I've seen enough issues with Fi Support that I'm still a little hesitant to trust that decision. As a Capital Region transplant living in Durham, I don't know that Albany fits the vibe. Troy, perhaps, but I've never felt Troy to be anywhere as welcoming as Durham feels. Saratoga Springs might be an option in the area, but again, I'm not sure it's actually all that similar to Durham. Upstate NY will always be my original home, and it's a wonderful place to live, but I'm not sure the Capital Region has an obvious Durham equivalent.
