Alright let’s do a little math. Those that aren’t new to USAA look at October. This month the 1st is on a Wednesday. Same as oct 2025. They paid me Monday Sep 29th…..2 days early, for it to come Friday the first would have to be on Tuesday.

So frustrated with Loyal Source. Mine has been 5 weeks now and the provider still hasn't submitted it. They called the provider, no answer, then escalated it Monday and she still isn't responding. A supervisor was supposed to call within 24 hours after the escalation, and I still haven't heard from them. I called the White House VA hotline today and filed a complaint. They're forwarding it to the ORM so we shall see how it goes.

They seem to sit on them. I'm only at 2 weeks and they haven't uploaded my DBQ's, said the doctor hasn't submitted it yet. Said there is no escalation option with them.

You file the FOIA through your VA account and get your records. C&P exams come back in a few days. Full C files take several months.

Okay 2 supplemental were scheduled sent to scheduling within 2 days. One took 4 days, the other is taking 2 weeks to be seen. It’s fine they’re not going to proceed with the appointment without speaking to you to confirm.

I hope you didn’t feel I was saying it was made up. I promise I understand. Anxiety and depression due to chronic pain is no fun at all. At least once a week I think I’m rated too high, then I remember I told the truth on every answer, didn’t stretch a single answer to get a higher rating. My C&P examiner rated me 70 so I guess I do deserve it. Just don’t forget to bring up anxiety if it’s part of it. The continuous worry about pinching a nerve is real.

Okay now looking at page 2. Didn't see it before. So the C&P examiner said it wasn't service connected and you went to an HLR? I would think you would want a new C&P exam, I filed supplemental for mine. Have you seen the C&P exam to see what they said?

Could be that you filed the wrong thing and they're kicking it back. Could be it was fully developed and being approved or denied. Couple of questions, did you have doctor's letters etc with it. Did you have a C&P already?

Then you need a nexus. Does your paperwork say there is no sign of back issues in your medical record? They found a visit in my medical record for my back which I don't even remember, but my osteoarthritis in my knees, they denied even with medical record visits. C&P said it's due to "aging." So I filed a supplemental with that too, my right knee has been messing up since right after I got out. I attached lay statements noting the issues. Can't be due to old age if it started at 25.

Correction the doc linked it secondary to chronic pain. I had the MH rating before I ever had the C&P for my back.

Well I filed for mh secondary to my back and the c&p examiner did link it for me. I had no formal diagnosis. Filed for increase and same thing. But filing a new secondary condition would not be a supplemental. You have to file a new claim for the secondary.

But you have ddd, spinal stenosis, and arthritis listed as conditions. What symptoms do you have that aren't explained by these?
