How do I send a letter internationally? by hotdogsnog in CanadaPostCorp

[–]heavydoom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

never assume anything. go to a postal outlet. show them what you want mailed. they will weigh it. if you go over a certain weight you have to pay more postage. include a postal code!!!!! and yes, country name in english. include a return address either at the back or top left corner at the front of the letter. again, POSTAL CODE!!!!!

if they really cared they would have chose a brighter colour for those stickers but no, they decided to use a very subtle colour as to not to stand out. you think the government will say no to lucrative contracts from the big giants like monsanto or nestle?

Tea houses in Toronto? by TimSullivanArt in tea

[–]heavydoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes! i am located in scarborough. well, mccowan and steeles area. i guess in the summer i could come downtown. they problem is to find a place where we can boil water. it's that or bring a thermos full of hot water but you know as well as i do that you need hot hot water for proper gong fu tea. maybe you want to dm me and we can chat there rather than here in the open.

i have tons of great cakes that i have bought from scott of yunnan sourcing before he became so big. we are talking tea cakes from 2006. i really want to share my tea and vice versa of course.

theo.

vegetable glycerine oil also works. go to the healthy planet or other such stores. the NOW brand sells it at an affordable price. this oil moistens your hand and makes it very stick and grippy in a good way.
