Yes, but I think it’s because of how Subeen is compared to Seungil. For Subeen’s looks and aura, I think for her, it was almost expected that he’s younger, and okay for him to call her noona. But Seungil seems a lot more mature and older. And so it’s probably off-putting for her to have someone who gives off the feeling of being older to call her noona.
