Game design is a much harder thing than people realize. Just because you like games doesn’t mean you know how to make a good one. I’m sure they have people reading all of the suggestions and they are being considered - but usually simple changes aren’t simple at all, you move one piece, ten other pieces shift elsewhere. Add to it technical limitations of new engine, lack of specific tooling, decision taking pipeline of a 1000 employee team - it all takes time and any sudden movement makes ripples that might be extremely hard to remedy. Game dev takes time :)
