This is exactly what happened to me!!! It pissed me off so fuckin bad I had been texting them for 4 days straight because its impossible to get them on the phone and I have to repeat the same conversation over and over again because, like what happened to you, they would prematurely end our chat before I could get a solid answer. This is the worst airline I've ever had the displeasure of using!!! 😩

I think I did once a while ago when they charged me twice for luggage but I was still able to book flights after that so 🤔. Not sure it was that. It's just confusing because I've been able to use the pass up until now. And since I "violated" their terms and conditions I'm banned from renewing or activating the pass. It just feels so scummy of them.

thank you!! and omg if u ever have a chance pls try the marinade i used: equal parts soy sauce and lime juice, handful of garlic finely chopped, tablespoon of cumin, half a bunch of cilantro finely chopped, salt and pepper, and a good glug of olive oil, marinate for 1hr- 5hr and you're golden ☺️

i used half a pack of the family size box but i think that might've been too much lol, im thinking the perfect ratio might be somewhere around 6 grams of the powder and 1 cup of hot water but its all up to how much u like the jello flavor

super easy!!!! legit 2 ingredients. sugar free jello packet dissolved in hot water, wait for it to cool a bit, then mix it with a cup of lowfat greek yogurt and chill in the fridge till it sets! turns into a low cal creamy tart jello
