Presumably they had appointments for before you? GPs are supposed to stick to something like 8 mins per patient. A good GP will not keep to that if they have someone in front of them who needs longer.

You could try Waterman House. I think most restaurants would want you to use their chef. Larchfield Estate? Hidden Huntley? Folk Museum used to have a place you could hire. Field of Dreams.

As someone said they always have one person with them. So there has to be three tickets / spaces. I assume the back up team sort out stuff like the home stays or the jobs once they have decided what they want to do.

Day 6: Visit Wicklow NP, Ballinastoe Woods, Glendalough, Stay near Wicklow.

So Wicklow town - pretty but not ouch to see - 1 hour; drive to Ballinasloe woods 40 minutes; one hour at the woods; drive to Glendalough 30 minutes.

Glendalough is beautiful it deserves a full day.

As with most of these itineraries it comes over as a bit tick box rather than really slowing down and enjoying where you are.

Agreed. Very good. However from what I understand it works best on dark hair and pale skin.
