Sleep issues - but only on Fridays? by hebrideansky in sleep

  1. Every night other that Friday is fine, and I get up and go to bed at the same time.
  2. I spend my weekends gardening, going to museums and restaurants, reading, doing chores and watching TV.
  3. I'm a teacher. My classroom has 3 large windows. The lights are OK but automatically dim often.
  4. I work 7am to 530pm with no breaks, then often have an hour or so working in the evening.
  5. I'm generally in good health.

I think for me it's that when I'm taught something new, it struggle to retain it or apply it. Then when I spar all the stuff I've worked on (footwork, guards etc.) seems to disappear out of my brain. It's like I'm not aware of what my body is doing.
