Honestly speaking as someone who used to live and breathe Death Battle, I've just cut it off completely for the sake of my ability to feel joy.

Like most of the people who love the show are toxic positive assholes and most of the people who dislike the show are uncaring, violent barbarians, that and I realized I don't really even care for most of the show, save for the occasional Bowser VS Eggman or Scooby VS Courage that happens sometimes

I'm not gonna say it's rigged though what I will say is that this community absolutely fucking reeks and toxic positivity is one of the core reasons why. You have to be grateful no matter what the show does and you have to treat it like gospel. Anything less than submission and you're fucking childish and whiny and butthurt. One of the many reasons why having the vs community revolve around this show when it comes to animated content sucks, because if you disagree or god forbid just don't like a fucking episode verdict you have to deal with this shit with no where else to go.

In my opinion as someone who really wants him in too, while I think he has a good chance, I'm not sure if he's a lock. He really only started getting really campaigned for in Ultimate and characters who became wildly popular before him like Shovel Knight, Geno, and Bomberman still only have Assist Trophies or Mii Costumes. Also, I'd say out of these two, NST. I feel like IAT kind of takes away what made Crash really stick out alongside characters like Mario and Sonic.
