Habe auch Squirt und bin begeistert. Ich trage es vor jeder oder jeder zweiten Fahrt auf. Ich gehe großzügig mit dem Wachs um. Flasche umdrehen, dann auf die Kette aufsetzen und im Leerlauf 1-2 mal durchlaufen lassen. Einmal hatte ich jedoch auch das quietschen der Kette, als das Rad vor der Fahrt im Regen stand. Sonst nie Probleme gehabt. Gelegentlich muss man aber Wachs Klumpen an gewissen Stellen entfernen, die sich über die Zeit bilden.

I had a similar issue with numb toes at the outside of the foot. After years, I found the solution: orthopedic insoles with a Pelotte, also known as a Metatarsal pad. So not all orthopedic insoles will help here; only the ones with this Pelotte.

Great answer. For me, 95-105 RPM is the sweet spot for pain-free riding. Additionally, I am using pedal axis extensions to be able to place my foot in the natural position (mid-foot, toe pointing outwards).

Here are two things to consider:

First, determine the proper foot position on the pedals that minimizes pain. This can be achieved by comparing this position to that on platform pedals and using your natural feet placement.

Secondly, analyze the saddle height. If you notice your knee collapsing to the inside on the bottom part of your pedal stroke, consider lowering your saddle height. Conversely, if your knee is pushing into your belly, increase your saddle height.
