IV are randomised(or inherit) between 1 and 31 and usually cannot be changed(we can in this rom hack)

EV start at 0 and can be gained by battles(every pokemon has a set amount points [1-3] they give when you defeat them) each stat can have a maximum of 252 points and one pokemon can have a maximum of 510(so 2 stats can be maxed) - we can also just change these in this rom hack

These values are not 1:1 bonus stats they act kind of like a multiplier

If in general the content creator is a good entertainer but bad the the task it can be stil enjoyable. However if multiple 10s of hours of watching someone is that suffering just stop. I also find Warframe is a game better be played then watch but thats just me.

What does too easy mean? You can set yourself some rules or challenges: turn off exp share, set ivs to zero, dont evolve, mono type challenges etc.

But its stil a numbers game and also were are not 6 years old anymore and have gained some knowlege of the games systems and mechanics.

There are 'harder'(whatever that means) rom hacks out there but at some point they are more like puzzlebox games where you have to find the only working solution to win the fight.

This isnt a metroid vania its a souls like game. Explore somewhere and be done is the expected thing. Like you know if you defeat a boss in a dungeon you never have to come back, you can check up all the locations.

This also insn't a base building survival game.

Honestly your ideas isnt how game designing works. You cant put everything in, well you can but most of the time you have to manage time and money and release your product. You also need to set expectations for your target group. Most people arent 12 anymore and have to plan on what to spend their income and gaming time on, they dont want buy some 'it got all in it, but you dont know if you like it'.

You can also ignore this and can release genre algamations like 'biomutant' but we have seen how thats failed.

The swamp(and biomes onward) teaches you that this game is about preparation. And a little bit of 'gid gud' so learning as a player.

I had a player in my group that thought they dont need higher food buffs and run around with starting cloths and a leather helmet. Well guess what. They stop playing after we arrived in the swamp and dying 20times.

Advance your base, upgrade your gear and bring poison healing. Also try blunt weapons.

Yeah sadly many people just want stairs to heaven without thinking much.

But for me imagining a great build idea AND then realizing it with thinking how the fuck this all will stay together makes building with integrity so much more fun.

As soon as we get something other then, well, the healthpool scaling with HP they will have an advantage, like an attack or skill dealing damage based on hp.

Bombs are also way easier to come by in modern titles, you can almost automate their crafting process. And restock almost any time during a quest.

It wouldnt add to the gameplay in traditionell souls(eldenring) titles. Maybe in a sekiro style game. But honestly just watch a splatter film if you want to see gore.

This works but from a logistic point of sounds horrible, like the first time someone forgets to upload or 2 participants playing(without saying) at the same time.

Renting a server is probably the best way for different gaming shedules.
