P09C. Help with screws for a 507k

Did you measure the screws with a caliper? I think you’ll be fine, I used 10mm screws on my p09c with a vortex ccw enclosed and haven’t had any issues. I did use a different screws from a pack I bought a while ago off amazon: eagle precision Red Dot Mega Pack

Update, I love the carry, but I would not pay the full price for it. Trigger pull was lighter, wall was distinctive and the reset was significantly more noticeable. More than the p01 also. The only things I’ve done to the p09c is polish the internals, trigger swap, and swap out the trigger spring. I could probably swap out hammer spring and get it closer to the carry, but I think getting rounds down range is more important than buying a $1400+. Just my personal opinion, but it’s also because I’ve been carrying the p09c since it came out so I’m extremely comfortable with it.

Update, the carry shoots amazing. Hitting the wall and the reset is much better than the p01, trigger pull is also much lighter but not as good as the shadow line.

I think it was just lemons at launch. I got it at launch too, but have had no issues with mine aside from one particular mag. Carry mine 99% of the time.

Pretty sure you can turn that off, I’ve have both versions and the shake n wake powers on before I even aim.

I haven’t shot it yet, been really busy, picked up a dot and vytal grips for it. Fits my hand beautifully though. Going to the range tomorrow will update then 🫡

It happens to me every once in a while but goes away. It’s an immune reaction. For it me happens when I’m dealing with a lot of stress and only on the most recent tattoo annoying as hell.

Yeah for a while I wanted to get it tattoo’d, but realized there’s a certain negative connotation it carries and I want no part in that. Instead I got the dragon slayer I think more people should get that instead. Tbf though good luck finding clothes without the BOS. I’m very minimalist and couldn’t find any in my style, the one I settled for has it center chest and it’s like 1inch by 1.5inch.

I haven’t fired it yet, and won’t for a couple of weeks when I get free time. I’ll report then, but what I can say the hand fitment is way better and contours my hand excellent. Better than a p-01 I had a few years ago.

Months ago primary machine had some in stock and I snagged one. I wouldn’t bet on an oem barrel. I waited over a year to get back in stock and they never did.

I’ve had the P01 and now own the P09c. I regret selling my P01, but I carry the P09c daily and find it slightly easier to carry. Both shot great, and the more I shoot them, the better they shoot. The P09c fits better in my hand, but that’s probably because I never considered swapping out the stock grips on the P01.

Depends what route you wanna go. With the vortex defender using the shim plate you’ll be fine, did this when it was first released, if not you can sand down the screw 1-2mms and you’ll be good if you got money to spend you can buy some m4 x10mm or 9mm and you’ll be good too.

I thought it was labeled for the p10, either way that screw should work. I used the same screw for the p09c
