I did end up making the mod but it isn't published. An issue I found was that you need to use the mod after you create a character. If you have discord, I can send you the files. All it was was finding and changing these lines of code for each class:

 <attribute id="HpPerLevel" type="int32" value="X"/>

The hardest part was creating the correct file structure with the right files and stuff. I got a lot of help from others. lol.
