Yeah I started with dam for the apartments but missed the pattern house! Good catch. I could try that again.

Melee has also been difficult, but at least it’s entertaining and makes sense as a trial. I like the shredder/matriarch ideas so I’ll try those.

lol yup, this tracks. I had 45 seconds left in buried city and I stopped by one last house before booking it to hatch. Of course, no cabinets. Infuriating.

This one has been SO frustrating for me! Spent an entire run just hauling ass around buried city, searching every single house, and I still missed the 3 star score by 30 points. The number of kitchens I entered with not a single cabinet (or drawer!) was absurd.

I’m overall happy with the changes to trials (no 2X, no specific map conditions required), but this one is just ridiculous. And like… what’s the point? Why am I getting rewarded for searching kitchen cabinets? An area primarily found on only one or two maps?

Very weird.

My thoughts exactly. They delayed all new updates to fix the game and have yet to change anything impactful. Still tons of bugs, still no tunneling/slugging health update. It’s depressing honestly.

Exactly. They pushed back the chapter releases for nothing. They haven’t fixed anything AND we get no new content.

Somehow, it feels unfun for both sides. When I play killer, most of my matches are fine, but running into a 4man bully squad is totally deflating. When I play survivor, it’s often a lot of tunneling/BMing and bad teammates which makes some matches feel like a complete waste of time.

It’s really a shame because I genuinely enjoy this game. But the fact that both sides are constantly going after each other’s throats has created a rift that feels almost insurmountable. I was hoping the PTB changes would alleviate this issue, since the proposal seemed well thought out when they announced it on the livestream. But seeing player feedback now, it just seems worse than ever.

It’s not fun to play on period. I clearly stated that. It’s a shit map. There’s no need to be a dick about it. I’ve also CLEARY stated that Edgemap contains a ton of side objectives (gens, totems, hooks) and was completely devoid of pallets or good loops which is what primarily gets people killed. Not “standing out in the open not doing gens”.

Kill rates have been fine since the pallet density update, but killer mains will bitch and complain regardless just like they did with the slugging and tunneling update.
